Elected officers include the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Fundraising Director, and Public Relations Director. It also calls for an Executive Director appointed by the Chairman and approved by the Executive Committee. All other appointments must be made by the Chairman and confirmed by the Executive Committee as well. |
