| Description | This constitution takes a one-size-fits-all format that can work for clubs both big and small. Elected officers include the Chairman, Internal Vice Chairman, External Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past Chair. The Internal Vice Chairman is charged with carrying out on-campus activities and the External Vice Chairman is responsible for off-campus activities, like central committee meetings and conventions. Appointments are made by the Chairman and require a majority approval by the Executive Committee. |
