| Description | In Constitution #3, the Board of Directors is the voting body that makes all final decisions for the club. The club officers make up the initial BOD, and anyone can be added so long as they are appointed by a current member of the BOD and approved by the Chairman. This centralized power and control in the Chairman. This Constitution has the same officers as Constitution #2, with the additions of Inter-Club Council Representative and Recruitment Chair. This is also probably the shortest Constitution you will find. |
