| Description | The club takes a very traditional approach to the setup and management of its Executive Board with 5 classic officers: the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past Chair. However, it also calls for standing committees whose members received approval by the general membership of the club. These committees include, but are not limited to, the Membership Committee, Fundraising Committee, Social Committee, and Historical Committee. No appointments are discussed in the constitutions. |
