It happens twice a year. The governor meets with grassroots activists, party officials hold receptions with Presidential Candidates, and Republican loyalists have a chance to chat once more.
Where and when does this meeting of ideas take place?
The California Republican Party convention, of course! Meet me in Sacramento. for the CRP Spring Convention. I’ll be there from February 9-11 at The Hyatt Regency.
Spring Convention promises to be even better than the last one! And that is saying something. At Summer Convention, Cameron Galbraith of UCI was lucky enough to get a picture with Presidential Candidate (and Massachusetts Governor) Mitt Romney. The California College Republicans were even dubbed a Convention “Winner” thanks to the CCR “College Party” in the Penthouse Suite. Believe me, that packed suite won’t soon be forgotten…
What can you count on at Spring Convention?
Former New York Mayor (and Presidential Candidate) Rudy Giuliani is set to be the key note speaker! And, there will be plenty of opportunities to volunteer for party leadership candidates; which is not only a great experience, but a great way to meet some real party players. As always, night will be time for dropping by an infamous hospitality suite (or two).
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the CRP Spring Convention:
February 9-11 at The Hyatt Regency Sacramento
Can’t wait to see you there! (Stay tuned for more information)
