A group of San Diego College Republicans from the University of San Diego, CSU San Marcos and Palomar College stopped by the California Democratic Party Convention this weekend. Their goal? To stir things up and get their voices heard. One CR dressed up in a "Pander Bear" suit, while others passed out fliers calling attention to the way in which the Democratic Presidential candidates are pandering for California dollars.

At first the Democrats welcomed the furry bear (obviously missing the point) and even took pictures with the Pander Bear. Eventually, a few got the point- realized the bear was mocking them-and attempted to engage the CR's.  The CR's stayed on point-even when one Obama supported spit in the Pander Bear's face! Congrats to these CR's who and had a great time while capturing the Dems media time and drawing attention to the pandering candidates.
